“I have cancer, now what?”
This is a question millions of women face every year and can represent some of the most stressful moments those women and their family may ever face. This event is to ensure those women, and those in their community of support that they are not alone in addressing and managing the stress. We invite women currently going through a diagnosis or treatment journey as well as women curious how to best support their friends & family.
In this event:
- Movement: A movement exercise you can use every day to manage stress
- Breathing: Breathing techniques to keep you in control of your stress levels
- Discussion: Conversation with fellow women about what helps them through times of stress.
What to Expect:
- Come with some comfy clothes and a mat or soft surface for some light movement as well as some thoughts about tips or tricks you use to take control of your stress.
