A Virtual Panel Discussion: SUGAR – What is it all about?

A virtual panel deeper dive discussion – SUGAR – What is it all about?

About this Event:

Join leading lifestyle and medical experts for this free online event focused on the misconceptions about sugar. The one topic that keeps coming up on our panels is sugar and cancer. Are they connected? Does cancer grow from sugar? If I have that glass of wine what will happen but really is it ok to have that cookie?

By attending, you will learn:

  • A better understanding of where and what we get sugar from.
  • How glucose fuels our body and brain thus we are hardwired to want sugar.
  • How different sources/foods work in the body for good fuel and bad fuel.
  • How to get back to a more natural, healthier consumption of sugar so we can have that cookie or glass of wine.
